In this clip, Trotter discusses a National Center for Education Statistics survey of just what factors play into a state-run school's budget.

On Friday, Feb. 5, students from campuses around the state will be "walking out" of their classes and gathering on campus to rally against cuts to financial aid, dramatic tuition increases, and further cuts to university budgets.

WALK OUT OF CLASS and join us on Red Square at 11:30 a.m .
